Get ready for a brand new event in June - this one with a personalized touch! Join winemaker Brad for a private tasting of our award-winning, traditionally-produced sparkling wines. This session will include an informative overview of the sparkling wine production process - the Methode Champenoise, which originates in the Champagne region of France, and has been in use for several centuries. Sparkling wine tastings include Cuvee Chardonnay, Brut Rosé, and Blanc de Blanc. These are three very different and dynamic styles, ranging from dry to semi-sweet. "The Butcher, the Baker, the Winemaker!" 

It’s harvest time once again! The grapes are heavy on the vine, and ready to be brought down the hill and transformed into wine! We’d like to invite one and all to celebrate the 2018 harvest with us. Join us for a weekend of delectable treats, provided by our good friends at the Gourmand Café in Reading, PA. Enjoy your choice of:
  • Blanched Asparagus Spears wrapped in Roast Beef with a Horseradish Aioli and shaved Parmesan.
  • Truffled Chicken Salad with Dried Cranberries and Candied Pecans on a Toasted French Baugette.
These morsels will be paired with your choice of:
  • 2016 Chambourcin (Dry, Light-Bodied)
  • 2017 Quaff (Semi-sweet, Fruity)
  This event is complimentary. A standard wine tasting costs $5. (Stay late on Saturday and catch the "Philadelphia funk extravaganza" - Swift Technique! They'll be rockin' out in the barn from 5 - 8 pm!)

What is "Chambourcin?" It's a grape!

Specifically, it's a red grape that grows well in the Lehigh Valley. It has found a loving home here, where we've transformed it into some wonderful wines! Chambourcin wines are famous for how well they pair with hearty foods - like steaks and stews! So join us for a weekend of complimentary food and wine pairings, featuring the distinct flavors of Chambourcin. THE FOOD: From our friends at Camillo's Italian Restaurant, Pizzeria & Bar, we will be serving Cavatelli pasta in a light garlic and butter sauce, with a freshly harvested, locally-sourced vegetable medley of squash, zucchini, and mushrooms. THE WINE: 2016 Chambourcin -- An initial smoky note from American oak is followed by fresh black fruits, giving way to redder fruits and mild tannins. This is a soft, easy-drinking rendtion of Chambourcin. 2017 Quaff -- The "Pizza Wine!" Our best-selling wine is a slihgtly sweet red made from a special blend of Pinot Noir and Chambourcin.

Need a little something to warm your bones? Why not visit our cozy Wine Loft, for a taste of the Mediterranean offered by our friends at Camillo's Italian Restaurant, Pizzeria & Bar! The chefs will be cooking up zesty Italian sausages bathed in a light marinara sauce, and they’ll be tossing in onions and green peppers for good measure! These hearty delights will be paired with your choice of: 2017 Cabernet Franc This Cabernet Franc exhibits the typical deep ruby color of the variety. The aroma is a blend of toasty oak, cherry fruit and a savory quality so typical of a classically rendered Cabernet Franc. The wine exhibits medium to full body and a very soft finish. 2017 Quaff The “Pizza Wine!” Our best-selling wine is a slightly sweet red made from a special blend of Pinot Noir and Chambourcin.
