Black Cherry-tinged aromas meander through the olfactory passages while velvety liquid caresses the palate. Perfect with spicy or salty foods. A delicious compromise for diverse taste buds. We feel that rosé can only be made from 100% red grapes, and so we follow this model with 100% Chambourcin. (2.8% residual sugar)
